Candy

The black wedges becomes even more essential this season as separates continue to dominate our shoe.

blouse - Scotish, midi skirt - Maize, brown belt - vintage from Mom, candy bag - JessJess, geeky glasses and headband - thrifted, flowery wedges - Urbie

The bag makes me crave for candies and all kind of sweets! Hence, I decided to just use all kind of colorful items in my closet and ended up with this. How is everybody week so far?  I have a wedding this weekend and strangely enough, I am excited to wear my "kebaya" when I was a bit reluctant on the idea at first. Oh silly indecisive me.

My sister celebrated her birthday yesterday! Do head over to her blog and wish her a very happy and merry birthday!

all that glitters...

The pu wedges becomes even more essential this season as separates continue to dominate our shoe.

Kimchi Blue glitter and suede platform sandals in pink - Urban Outfitters Surplus: $10.00

Ever have one of those days where you wake up and say to yourself, "Today feels like a good day, I think I'm gonna go shopping." Well, for me, that day was Wednesday. I arrived to campus a little bit earlier than usual to hang out with the boy. Ultimately, we both ended up ditching our first class of the day because it's Spring and why would you want to spend an hour and a half in a classroom when you could be exploring the neighborhood? Anywho, I hadn't visited the Urban Outfitters Surplus that I so raved about here in about a month so it only seemed fitting to stop by on hooky day. When we arrived, there was an ad on the door that read, "Take an extra 50% off all shoes!" I knew right then the feeling I had when I woke up that morning was about to come true. I was able to get my dream shoes for an incredible price from an original $70! I first saw them in the Urban Outfitters holiday catalog back in November. Literally love at first sight. I was itching to buy them on the spot but I told myself that I would wait until they came out in the surplus store so I can buy them at a more reasonable price. Well, five months and a fated visit later and I now own the shoes of my dreams.
