Many visitors to the weight loss camp have noted a complete life changing experience which has not only improved health for the long term but has helped elevate their confidence and well-being in all things work and play.

FitFarms weight loss boot camp combines weight loss and the toning of the body via a controlled environment over a week.

Following an initial one to one consultation with a life coach and personal trainer guest are then welcomed to a variety of exercises designed to suit their own level of fitness.

Days start with an intense exercise and finish with fun activities including Salsa and Line Dancing and Belly Dancing for women and less intense weights based activities for men along with mind games.

Meditation also forms part of FitFarms retreats in 2012 which has been introduced by Gillie Sutherland the yoga and life coach.

To maximise the results FitFarms use their own intensity level scale which is based on heart beats per minute which ensures guest always work out at the right level for their fitness ability.

The heart rate scale means you are not competing with others which ultimately allow you to feel comfortable with yourself and the surroundings when exercising.

FitFarms dates run at two locations. The Exmoor site is in the southern national park area of Somereset and the Peak District is just North West of Derby.

The sportwear clothes will be live on the FitFarms website in the month of July and guest will be able to purchase items online or over the telephone.
